SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Our experience combines research studies with many years of training athletes from around the world in over 20 different sport disciplines. In our coaching career we worked with athletes of all ages and at every level, from youth and semi-professional to athletes from the highest professional leagues in the world and those participating in Olympic games.
Our individual approach to overall performance improvement of every athlete along with hard work, commitment to excellence and unique programming and coaching helps everyone reach their highest individual potential.
WHAT DO WE OFFER
- HIGH PERFORMANCE TRAINING – World-class sports performance training with specific programming designed by taking many individual factors into consideration including the type of sport played, individuals goals and needs and thorough assessment. We can help you improve your: Strength, Speed, Power, Explosiveness, Coordination, Agility, Mobility, Elasticity, Endurance, Precision, Reactivity, Quickness and Jumping ability.
- TRAIN WITH US AFTER AN INJURY – Train with us to become 100% again after an injury and after going through the first phase of rehabilitation program. We also work with your physical therapist or doctor to ensure proper steps in recovery are taken. After you are cleared for activity we will focus on restoring structural balance and work on mobilizing or stabilizing individual joints while fully strengthening your body. This will all ensure a smooth transition to a full high performance training protocols.
- COMPLETE ASSESSMENT – A full assessment during which a number of static and dynamic measurements and movement patterns are evaluated, which show individual dysfunctions and asymmetries. Assessment also includes body composition and circumference measurements as well as picture and video analysis.
- SPORT PERFORMANCE TESTING – Athlete will go through a number of performance tests including strength, power, agility, elasticity, endurance, speed and more. Tests are picked based on the sport discipline of an athlete and/or individual needs to have a complete performance analysis package.
- It is possible to combine the above 3 or 4 options into a complete performance-training package, which ensures full athletic development covering all of the needs and goals.
- We offer phone, email and skype consultations, which could be combined with an individually designed training program
- Training will take place in our facility in Gdynia, Poland but offer includes everyone in Poland and other countries. It is possible to meet once every 4-6 weeks for an evaluation and training program distribution valid for several weeks. That allows anyone to train on their own but also be under our supervision while executing our training program. After a specified amount of time, person comes back for an assessment and another phase of the training program.
- Nutrition, supplement and recovery protocols are also included in most offers.
