TRX został stworzony przez byłego komandosa NAVY SEAL’S – Randy’ego Hetricka. Zauważył on, że żołnierzom którzy przebywają kilka miesięcy na misji w łodziach podwodnych, na statkach, na froncie ciężko jest utrzymać właściwą formę. Postanowił on stworzyć coś co nie będzie zajmowało dużo miejsca, a pozwoli PODTRZYMAĆ formę fizyczną.

What do most people do after strenuous activity? We all do the same thing, which is: we ice the affected area and often take anti-inflammatory drugs. That is a not a good idea at all !!!
